In just one year, the restaurant in Puerto de la Cruz has become very well established and enjoys great popularity with international guests.

With the “Restaurante – Marisquería TAPAS Nada Más” Lorenzo has fulfilled his childhood dream, he always wanted to run a restaurant with exactly this name. Lorenzo came into contact with gastronomy early on, when his father worked as a “great cook” in an italian ristorante, as Lorenzo describes him. At the age of 8 he already served smaller orders to the guests, or helped with washing dishes. Without hesitation, Lorenzo explains that he has taken many recipes from his father, because what is “very good you just can not do better”. But he also realized his ideas and his own style, which is very important for him and his restaurant. In conversation, it becomes clear that Lorenzo embodies the Italian restaurant owner, whom the Germans love so much, competent, friendly and always interested in the well-being of the guest.

Lorenzo, TAPAS Nada Más

A unique feature is the homemade pasta,

which only exists once in Tenerife, as Lorenzo proudly tells us. The freshness makes the difference, because fresh homemade pasta also tastes the spoiled guest and promises a unique taste experience. Here you can clearly see the philosophy of the restaurant:

“For our food, we use only fresh products and prepare everything fresh every day, we spare no effort to spoil our guests with the special of our kitchen!”

A fine selection of local Tenerife wines,

sometimes from the best bodegas, aswell from the Orotavatal, are available to choose from. Many of these wines have been awarded in recent years, which speaks for their excellent quality. Wines from the mainland, the Rioja, or the Ribera del Duero complete the offer of top Spanish wines.

A very special highlight,

after the main meal, are fresh made desserts that you really have to try. Here again the love for the product and the skill in the processing and above all the freshness of the used food becomes clear. Alone the presentation makes the dessert to small works of art, which convince then finally by its outstanding, natural taste.
